New Beginnings
It's funny how God throws you these funny curve balls and suddenly your plans can get accelerated, postponed or even stopped all together. So what is the point of my opening sentence???
Well as of Monday afternoon I was told that my 6 month contract with DoCS was going to end after exactly 6 weeks of being there. So my plan of working there for 6 months and then having a few months before I could enroll and apply for TAFE has been accelerated! You see applications for semester 2 close Friday 25th which gave me 4 days to make my decision. So what did I do today??? I gathered up all my courage and applied for a semester 2 TAFE course. I'll know if I've been accepted by mid June, so work full time until then and figure things out as they come.
YAY!!! Oh and the course is Social Work and it's a one year course, full time @ 22hrs/week in Ultimo.
Well that is all really. Life-changing excitement. WOOT!!!

I'll be at uni for 1 semester next year near Ultimo.
What am I saying? I'll be at uni for the next 2 semesters near Ultimo. Although Engineering is very far from Ultimo compared to other sections of the campus.
